Muovista ja muusta, Monsieur Sacré Sakari Kannosto
Kuvanveistäjä, kuvataiteen lehtori Sakari Kannosto saapui Villa Karon residenssiin joulukuussa lentolupia vaatineen hitsaustarpeistonsa kanssa. Ajatuksena oli tarkastella globaalin jäteongelman ulottuvuuksia Beninissä ja järjestää paikallisille lapsille kierrätysveistotyöpaja. Syntyi kaksi veistosta: jäteongelmaa ja sen ratkaisua symboloiva ”Afrikana” ja ihmisen roolia ympäristöään muuttavana voimana kommentoiva ”Dieu peut tout”.
